I've made a plan going to Shikoku.
After I finish the world travel, I'm going to Shikoku for pilgrimage called Shikoku 88 or Henro.

Actually,I've been to Shikoku and experienced Henro when I was a student.
I was not going to visit Shikoku first. I was just traveling by hitch hiking from Sendai where I lived, and I wished to get to Kagoshima(the south end of Kyushu).
But somehow I visited Shikoku and started pilgrimage. I don't remember the reason.

The experience in Shikoku was amazing.
People in Shikoku had unique culture to respect pilgrims.
Some people gave me tea, coffee, lunch and money! I was really impressed.

Though I really enjoyed the pilgrimage, I had an accident.
I twisted my ankle when I was walking.
I had to stay on free campgrond and went to hospital everyday. It took 2 weeks.
I wanted to visit all 88 temples, but I had no time to do it. i visited from No.1 to No.33. I still feel unconfortable.

Next time, I wanna try to visit all 88 temples by bike.
